Middle East War Relief

T The situation in Lebanon has been very tragic. More than 850,000 people including 200,000 children have once again been internally displaced and have fled to safer areas beyond South Lebanon. If the war continues, these numbers will surely rise. The vast majority of the people did not ask for this and want no more of war, but they are caught in the middle.

Just a few weeks ago, our mission team served across Lebanon at our Life Center locations near Beirut, Tripoli and the Bekaa Valley, reaching hundreds of people through medical care, children’s ministry, and practical business and character/leadership training.

Now, all of these locations have literally been under fire and our Life Centers are now ministering to thousands of displaced persons that are on their doorstep with food, shelter and spiritual care.

Our hearts are deeply grieved as we just learned that twelve people who were previously cared for at our Bekaa Life Center have died. We take comfort in knowing that each one had the opportunity to be cared for spiritually with us at the Life Center.

Please consider partnering with us through your giving, so we can serve hot meals to families, provide temporary shelter for those newly without homes, and extend emergency medical care to the sick at all of our Life Center locations.

Our partners are currently supporting displaced families:

  • Distributing mattresses and blankets

  • Serving several hundreds of meals per day

  • Providing medical care to the sick

  • Sheltering dozens of families

We also ask that you pray for the families who are grieving, for those who have lost their homes, and for our Life Center ministry partners as they serve faithfully in the midst of this tragedy.

May God bless you as you give and pray.
